How do I pick a size?

Go by back length first, then check the chest. S is 9.8 in, M is 11.8 in, L is 13.8 in and XL is 15.8 in back length. Most mini doxies wear L.

What if it doesn't fit?

Can I clip a leash to it?

Yes. There's a metal D-ring on the back so you can clip the leash on for walks. If your doxie pulls, we still suggest a harness underneath.

Will it fit a standard dachshund?

This puffer is cut for small dogs. XL fits up to a 15.8 in back, so most standard dachshunds will be too long for it.

What's it made of?

A quilted, padded polyester shell with a soft fleece lining and a faux-fur collar trim.

How do I wash it?

We suggest hand washing in cold water and letting it air dry so the padding keeps its shape.
