Neck
Wrap a soft tape around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.
Chest
Measure around the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.
Snug, not tight
You should be able to slide one finger between the tape and your dog.

How do I know what size to order?
Measure around the widest part of your doxie's chest, just behind the front legs, and around the neck. Match those to the size chart above.

Is a harness better than a collar for a dachshund?
A harness puts leash pressure on the chest instead of the neck, which is why many dachshund owners prefer one for walks.
We're not vets. If your doxie has a back or neck condition, check with yours before trying new gear.
What comes in the set?
One step-in harness and one 6.5 ft (2 m) nylon leash with metal clips. Clip the leash over your shoulder or around your waist for hands-free walks.
What's it made of?
Breathable three-layer air mesh on a nylon body, reflective trim, a hook-and-loop strap, a quick-release buckle and alloy hardware.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash, or machine wash cold in a laundry bag, then air dry.
